I’m a lifelong entrepreneur, private yoga teacher and business coach. Over a decade ago, I followed my heart. Against all sound advice, I closed my successful property management business and transitioned my career path to the wellness space.
It was hard and I was terrified of failure. I longed to succeed because wellness made me deeply happy inside but I quickly realised that trading hours for dollars as a yoga teacher wasn’t going to give me the financial reward I would need to live the life I wanted. So I combined my entrepreneurial expertise, my wellness expertise and my love of people and became a wellness entrepreneur coach.I figured out the crucial mindset shifts, strategies and steps I needed to create an abundant life for myself doing what I love and I’m never looking back. I built a highly profitable wellness business from the ground up and I’m here to help you to do the same.
